Once you ship in your hardware, our engineers will complete an evaluation and provide you with a complete directory file listing of the data that can be recovered. Once the recovery is complete, we return the data on the storage media of your choice. With the fastest turn around time in the industry on average, most In-Lab data recovery jobs are completed in three business days.
To help protect you and your warranty during the recovery process, the following manufacturers have granted us authorization to open the seal on any of their hard drives without voiding the manufacturer's warranty:
